 I'm very lucky to be blessed with many special people in my life. One of them is my very dear and
old friend, Jenny. She's wonderful in lots of ways; one of those ways being her crazy skills in the baking department.
She often surprises me with special sweets that she whips up all the while raising her two young boys (and my Godsons!), Alexei
and Jesse. Her most recent sensation was a pile of these cookies  for the Valentine's Day trunk show. There were many
more but they went quickly - it's kind of a miracle that this one even got photographed before being devoured.
